Placing an order from one of our programs, such as the Live With Purpose Program.
If you place an order with us, we store the following information: your name, address, telephone number, your payment details and the content of your order. We use this information to be able to process your order. We keep this data for 7 years.
Registration webinar or event
When you register for a webinar or an event, we store the following information: your name, address, telephone number and your payment details (if it is a paid event) and the webinars and events for which you have registered. We keep this data for 7 years.
Contact our support department
If you contact our support department, we will keep the messages you send us for a maximum of 7 years.
Who do we share your data with?
For the processing of your orders and the support of our digital services, we use various partners in the field of payment services, hosting, maintenance and support of our websites and applications.
Your data will only be shared with these partners to the extent necessary for the performance of the services that the partner performs for us.
